What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this website:
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), topic and message.
- Demo request form: your name, work email address, company, job title (optional), country, phone number (optional), the solutions you are interested in, the size of your operation and timeframe (optional), and your message (optional).
Why we use it
We use these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare and arrange a demonstration you asked for, and follow up on that conversation. We do not use them for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell them.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where your request is about a possible contract, taking steps at your request before entering into one.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking. Fonts and images are served from this website itself, so visiting a page does not send your data to third parties.
If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before any non-essential cookie is used.
Technical data
When you visit the website, the server that hosts it processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. To prevent form spam, the website briefly keeps a count of recent submissions per IP address in memory; this count is not stored permanently.
Who receives your data
Form submissions are delivered to the LIOMO team through service providers that handle our email or contact records on our behalf, under contracts that require them to protect the data and use it only on our instructions. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
If a service provider processes data outside your country, we rely on the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and the conversation that follows. We then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer, for example when an enquiry leads to a contract.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- ask which personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.
How to exercise your rights
Send us a request by email or through the contact form. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it, and we will reply without undue delay.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the website or the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
