Every vehicle, every trip, every cost: in one view

LIOMO Fleet connects the trackers and sensors in your vehicles to a platform your team uses every day: where each vehicle is, how it is being driven, what it needs next and what it costs to run.

Availability

Available now

Delivered on LIOMO Fleet, our own platform, with tracking hardware installed and supported by LIOMO.

Illustrative interface · demo data. A fleet live map. A list of six vehicles shows each one as driving, idle, stopped or offline with speed and last report time, beside an abstract road map with moving vehicle markers and dashed geofence outlines.

The problem

Vehicles are expensive to run blind

For most companies with vehicles, the fleet is one of the largest operating costs, yet much of what happens on the road is only known after the fact, from paperwork, phone calls and fuel receipts.
  • 01

    No live picture

Dispatchers and managers call drivers to find out where vehicles are, and customers wait for answers.

  • 02

    Costs found too late

Fuel, maintenance, insurance and documents are tracked in separate places, so the real cost per vehicle is hard to see.

  • 03

    Risk on the road

Speeding, harsh driving, long idling and after-hours use go unnoticed until they show up as fines, wear or incidents.

  • 04

    Missed deadlines

Services and documents expire quietly when reminders depend on someone remembering to check.

The solution

One platform from the tracker to the monthly report

LIOMO Fleet is a complete fleet system: tracking hardware in the vehicle, a gateway that receives and checks every message, and a web platform for live operations, alerts, maintenance and cost control.
  • Live map with each vehicle shown as Driving, Idle, Stopped or Offline.
  • Trip history and route playback with distance and odometer from GPS.
  • Alerts that reach the right people, from geofences to fault codes.
  • Fuel, maintenance, document and income records alongside the vehicle data.
  • Packages chosen vehicle by vehicle, so you pay only for what each vehicle needs.

How it works

How LIOMO Fleet works

Every LIOMO system follows the same four stages. In a fleet, they look like this.
  1. 01

    Connect

A GPS tracker is installed in each vehicle and, where needed, wired to the vehicle electronics and to sensors such as temperature probes, door switches or fuel-level sensors.

  2. 02

    Collect

Trackers report positions and readings over the mobile network to the LIOMO gateway, which decodes, validates and stores every message, even when it arrives after a gap in coverage.

  3. 03

    Understand

The platform turns raw positions into trips, states, distances, fuel use, driver scores and costs, and checks every reading against your alert rules.

  4. 04

    Act

Your team is alerted, reports are ready at the end of the month, and, where an immobilizer relay is fitted, a vehicle can be secured remotely with built-in safety checks.

Capabilities

What the platform does

Capabilities in daily use on LIOMO Fleet today.
  • 01

    Live map

Every vehicle with its current state and last report time, refreshed every few seconds, with your geofences drawn on the map.

  • 02

    Trips and playback

A trip-by-trip history for each vehicle, with route playback, distance and stops, and trips marked as work or private where you need it.

  • 03

    Geofences

Circles or drawn areas that alert on entry, exit or both, any time or only inside or outside the hours you choose.

  • 04

    Alerts

Idling, speeding, driving outside working hours, fault codes, temperature and humidity limits, door openings, panic button and signal jamming.

  • 05

    Vehicle data

Fuel level, engine RPM, engine temperature, oil pressure and voltage from the vehicle electronics, with charts and fault-code history.

  • 06

    Driver scores

Scores per driver based on speeding, harsh braking and acceleration, sharp turns and long idling, weighted per 100 km driven.

  • 07

    Service and documents

Reminders for services due and documents about to expire, and a health badge on every vehicle.

  • 08

    Fuel, costs and income

Fill-ups and consumption between full tanks, monthly costs per vehicle and per fleet, and income and profit where you record them.

  • 09

    Reports and exports

A monthly fleet report and a monthly report per vehicle, spreadsheet downloads and print-ready pages.

Platform packages

Packages, vehicle by vehicle

Not every vehicle needs the same thing. Features are switched on per vehicle, and data keeps being recorded, so when a package is added its history is already there.
  1. 01

    Tracking

Included on every vehicle: live map, trip history, route playback, distance and geofence alerts.

  2. 02

    Vehicle data

Engine readings, charts and fault codes, for trackers wired to the vehicle electronics.

  3. 03

    Sensors

Temperature, humidity, doors, cargo door, panic button, jamming detection, calibrated fuel sensors and driver tags.

  4. 04

    Remote commands

Request a position, restart a tracker, change reporting intervals, switch fitted accessories, and immobilize or release.

  5. 05

    Fleet intelligence

Idling, speeding and after-hours rules, harsh-driving events, driver scores and monthly fleet reports.

Inside the platform

The views your team works in every day

Illustrative interface · demo data. A vehicle page for a van, with tiles for fuel level from a calibrated sensor, engine temperature, battery voltage and load-space temperature, a 24-hour temperature chart with its limits, sensor states and service reminders.

Use cases

Where it fits

LIOMO Fleet is built for companies that own and operate vehicles, from a handful of vans to mixed fleets with machinery.
  • Delivery and distribution

Know where every van is, prove arrival times, and keep cargo doors and load temperatures under watch.

  • Temperature-sensitive transport

Set temperature and humidity limits per vehicle and be alerted when a load space stays outside them.

  • Service and field teams

Send the nearest vehicle, check time on site, and separate work trips from private use.

  • Passenger transport and machinery

Follow buses, cars and equipment in one place, with engine data and maintenance reminders for each.

Business value

What it changes for the business

The aim is simple: fewer surprises, lower running costs and decisions based on records instead of estimates.
  • 01

    Control of running costs

See fuel, maintenance and document costs per vehicle and per kilometre, and spot the vehicles that cost more than they should.

  • 02

    Safer driving

Driver scores and speeding alerts turn driving behaviour into something you can discuss with facts.

  • 03

    Faster answers

Customers and colleagues get accurate arrival times and locations without a single phone call to the driver.

  • 04

    Assets protected

Geofence, door, panic-button and jamming alerts, with remote immobilization where fitted, help protect vehicles and loads.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What hardware does LIOMO Fleet use?

LIOMO Fleet currently works with Teltonika GPS trackers communicating over the Codec 8 protocol. LIOMO selects, registers and configures the trackers, and arranges installation and any sensors or relays a vehicle needs.

Do all vehicles need the same package?

No. Every vehicle has Tracking. Vehicle data, Sensors, Remote commands and Fleet intelligence are added vehicle by vehicle, so a delivery van and a refrigerated truck in the same fleet can have different features.

How does remote immobilization stay safe?

An immobilize command is only sent when the tracker reports the vehicle standing still with its ignition off, it is checked again when the tracker connects, and it counts only once the tracker confirms it. If confirmation does not arrive in time, the platform takes the command back automatically. Every command is logged.

Who in my company can use it?

A main user manages the account, vehicles, drivers, geofences and alert rules. Colleagues can be given read-only access to see everything your plan includes without being able to change it.

Can we export our data?

Yes. With exports enabled, costs, income, fleet reports, fill-ups and service history can be downloaded as spreadsheets, and reports can be printed or saved as PDF.
