Challenge
The scenario
Picture a distributor running refrigerated vans between a depot and many delivery points each day. Loads must stay within a temperature range, doors open dozens of times, and when a customer questions a delivery, the distributor needs a record of conditions on the way.

Connect
Fit each van with a GPS tracker, a temperature and humidity probe in the load space and a switch on the cargo door.

Collect
Readings travel with positions to the platform; readings taken while out of coverage are stored and sent when the connection returns.

Understand
Set limits per vehicle. An alert is raised only after a reading stays outside its limits for a sustained period, so routine door openings do not cause false alarms.

Act
Alert the dispatcher, and use temperature charts and door events per trip to answer customer questions with facts.
